Was the Eiffel Tower meant to be temporary?
Yes. It was built as a temporary exhibit for the 1889 World's Fair in Paris and was only meant to stand for 20 years. It survived because it turned out to be a very useful radio transmission tower, and by the time that excuse wore off, Paris could not imagine itself without it.
How many sides does a STOP sign have?
Eight. It is an octagon, the only road sign with that shape, precisely so you can recognise it even from behind or covered in snow. Everyone has seen thousands of them; remarkably few people can count the sides from memory.
Which country does this flag belong to?
