Trios FAQs

  • Trios is a free daily word puzzle for kids from Kids Quiz Weekly. You get nine words and three lives. Sort the words into three secret groups of three before your lives run out.

  • Tap three words you think belong together, then hit Submit. Get it right and the group locks in with its colour. Get it wrong and you lose a life. The blue group is the easiest and yellow is the trickiest, and repeating a wrong guess never costs an extra life.

  • Trios is made for kids aged 6 to 16, and it works brilliantly as a family or classroom game. Younger kids might want a hand with the yellow group.

  • A brand new puzzle goes live every day. Come back tomorrow for the next one, or play this week's quiz while you wait.

  • Today's puzzle is free for everyone. Premium members can play every puzzle we've ever published in the Trios Archive.
