User Content
From time to time, we may invite users to provide optional information such as names, photos, state, school or feedback. By submitting content, you grant Kids Quiz Weekly a non-exclusive licence to use it (for example, on our website or social media for promotional purposes). Submission is optional, and you may use the service without providing this information.
Accounts & Subscriptions
- Registration – To access basic features, you must register with a valid email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
- Subscriptions – Premium subscriptions are billed [monthly/annually]. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Payments – Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Kids Quiz Weekly does not store your credit card details. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Cancellations – You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds – Except as required under the Australian Consumer Law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Price Changes – We may change subscription fees. Any changes will take effect after notice via email or our website.
Consumer Rights (Australian Consumer Law)
Nothing in these Terms excludes or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy such as a refund, repair or replacement.
Acceptable Use
You must not use our site for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, or copy/distribute our content without permission. Breaches may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Privacy & Emails
- Data Collection – We collect personal information such as your email, password (encrypted), location and subscription status. Optional details such as school may also be collected.
- Use of Data – Data is used to provide services, manage subscriptions, and (with your consent) send marketing emails.
- Unsubscribe – All marketing emails include an unsubscribe option in compliance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

Liability
We provide services "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kids Quiz Weekly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
